Also referred to as vacate cleaning, bond cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning – our cleaning services are widely recognized by all major property management agencies in Perth as we provide an affordable yet exceptional service.

We do not provide a fixed price for this service, but instead provide an hourly rate of $35 per cleaner per hour with our own equipment and cleaning products.

**Total number of hours will be depend on the size of the property.

 

End of Lease Cleaning duties includes:

• Vacuuming

• Sweeping  and mopping all tiled floors (including stairs)

• Removing spots and marks off walls

• Cleaning doors, cupboards, handles, light switches and built-in-furniture

• Window cleaning (including windowsills)

• Dusting of blinds, surfaces, light fittings & ceiling fans.

• Cleaning showers, shower screens, vanities, bath, mirrors, sinks and taps.

• Cleaning and sanitising toilets

• Wiping of kitchen bench tops, cook tops, sinks, stoves and also cleaning the exhaust

• Oven and microwave cleaning

• Emptying of rubbish bins & also provide general tidy up

 

**We can also steam clean carpets as an optional extra.
